Driven by curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit, I explore fields ranging from 3D printing to personal finance and digital content, seeking meaningful connections between ideas and impact. As an aspiring AI entrepreneur, my goal is to create technologies that blend scientific rigor with real-world value, improving lives and advancing progress. Global Profile
AI Researcher and ML Engineer specialising in label-efficient deep learning, computer vision, and generative models. I have published 7+ papers at high-rank venues including NeurIPS, WACV, ICCV, and MICCAI, and deployed production models in veterinary diagnostics. My ambition is to build AI systems that truly impact people's lives — because at the end of the day, life is all about people.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Genoa (DIBRIS), co-funded by Snoots S.r.l., where I focus on deep learning for veterinary medical imaging. I spent three months as a Visiting PhD Researcher at the University of Oxford (Sept–Dec 2025), working on cross-modality landmark detection under Prof. Irina Voiculescu.
Before academia, I gained industry experience as a Data Scientist at Snoots (AI-driven veterinary startup) and as a Software Developer at Esaote, working on medical device software. I actively participate in the Italian startup ecosystem through incubation programs, hackathons, and entrepreneurship communities across Genoa and beyond.
